MPX now FSD - Day Land Cloud Convection RGB

The MPX group has shifted to the FSD CWA to better align with the potential development along the agitated CU field near Huron, SD.

With this shift, opted to take a look at the GOES-16 Day Land Cloud Convection RGB.  This loop shows the evolution of the convection on the east side of the Black Hills.  Unfortunately, the drop outs of the high 0.64um data limits the usefulness of looking at the convection in detail.
