pre storm environment for BOU

Based on surface obs have identified the Denver cyclone had already developed. There was a band of cumulus development from SSM to DEN. This may get enhancement later this afternoon from upstream showers and thunderstorms in Wyoming and Montana and from a subtle short wave seen on the upper and mid level WV loop crossing southern Utah. Environment at this time was still fairly stable. Lifted index values lowering to around 1 at 1930Z.-ams
