After a mostly quiet afternoon with little convection...we used NUCAPS when the 20Z data came in. Even though some of the data sets that were on the edge of cloudiness were coming in as green, it was apparent that they were contaminated, as the temperature and dewpoint needed to be manually adjusted. The NUCAPS temperature was off by roughly 6 degrees Farenheit, and the dewpoint was off by 3 degrees.
