Setting up for DSS

HWT forecasters are setting up for DSS events: a race in Martinsville Speedway, VA (Figure 1), a concert in Cary, NC, and a baseball tournament in Panama City Beach, FL (Figure 2). Lightning is already close by in Panama City, FL.
