We tried to check radar...

 

Nothing on ProbTor. Values almost 0 in all products.   The center of low pressure seems to be just near the radar, which is where the funnel clouds are reported.

SWS out from NWS.  We would not put one out based on the information we see in ProbSevere.

At 123 PM MDT, trained weather spotters reported a strong
thunderstorm 9 miles north of Billings, moving north at 15 mph.

Small hail and winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this
storm. Brief funnel clouds have been reported with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of northern Yellowstone County.

This advisory does not include the city of Billings.
