AllSkyLAP Layer PWAT benefits

AllSkyLAP Layer PWAT is helpful today when looking at storm development and surface obs across the Mid-Atlantic region. TS seem to have initiated along an old sfc front over NE NC, which coincides with an AllSkyLAP Layer PWAT gradient. Also, TS are firing along a sfc boundary as it interacts with the mtns over far N VA/cntrl MD, an area that coincides with an AllSkyLAP Layer PWAT maximum.
