Storm Update - Brookings and Lincoln County

ProbSevere doing a good job highlighting strong bow echo on northern part of line. Values over 92% for wind and hail. Has also had ProbTor values around 50%, while all nearby cells are at 0%.  0-3km shear orientation would favor some tornado threat in area, although broad circulation appears to be well behind cold pool of storm. If nothing else, helps show storm 'different' from neighbors. Storm objects did seem to lag behind leading edge of reflectivity/outflow where intial wind threat would be.
