Storm just S of BUF CWA - GLM and ProbSevere

With nothing of significance in the BUF CWA, say a decent increase in both the GLM events/flash and ProbSevere data.

UL - 8km GLM Events/Flash, UR - 9km GLM Events/Flash, LL - MRMS RALA and ProbSevere, LR - GOES-16 Visible-Red

Here are the interesting features:

• The ProbSevere (highest for ProbWind) rose from 1% at 2108Z to 78% at 2124Z and 90% at 2128Z.
• With the high clouds in place, the ProbSevere data wasn't including the satellite growth data.
• During this increase, the GLM data rapidly increased both with Events and Flashes.  The increase coincided with the increase in ProbSevere values. 
• The 9km data better represents the values with less gaps due to the grid resolution (and looks better and more reasonable).
