Prob Severe and Developing Storms over FGF

Storms have been developing over the western portion of the FGF area. I used my typical interrogation techniques along with Prob Severe. One cell of note had 65 dBZ to 15,000 feet which was about the 0C. However, only one pixel of 50 dBZ was noted at the -20C, which was around 21,000 ft. Prob Severe briefly reached 50% before falling again. The MESH was as high as 0.60 inches, but never got any higher. For these reasons, I did not issue a severe thunderstorm warning for this cell at this time.
