FGF SVR with Prob Severe

I issued another SVR as 65 dBZ was pushing over the -20C level as well as Prob Severe over for Hail at 82% and Wind 76%. Prob Severe was consistently high for a few scans before warning issuance. MESH has also been increasing and is now at 1.33 inches.

At 6:15 pm CDT, quarter sized hail was reported by the public near Hawley, MN which is where this storm moved through.  The warning was issued at 6:03 pm CDT.
