ProbSevere Used To Split Large Warning

I used ProbSevere to reduce warning size and to highlight more intense impacts with adjacent warnings. As seen in the image below, there are very intense storms in the center of the line and on the southern flank. These are highlighted very nicely with ProbSevere greater than 90%. These high probabilities (along with storm reports) allowed me to put higher impacts in warnings for these protions of the line (like 2" hail and 70 mph winds), as compared to the warning on the north portion of the line, where no ProbSevere was avaliable.
