Imagery later at 1915 UTC and 1930 UTC show CI in far southwest Nebraska, with additional high probabilities for clouds in southeast Nebraska. Of note, on this day, since the environment was very conducive to convective storm development, it is likely that the CI probabilities were running "hot" -- in other words, moderate satellite indicators used together with relative "extreme" environmental indicators (for CI) would cause the probabilities to perhaps be higher than average. In any case, the CI fields helped to identify locations where new convection eventually formed.
